Last year, we introduced the new products of eco-friendly bamboo disposable makeup applicators,  it has been win good reputation from the market, and production volume is becoming bigger.  Anyway, we face the problem of packaging material and material for lip gloss applicator head and mascara brush head.

After researching of our team in half year, we found the solution on packaging that change packaging to bio-degradable polybag or cardboard box.  

1.What’s the material of degradable bag?

The material of degradable bag is PLA+PBAT, which is the material abstract from corn starch.  It is degradable into the ground within 6months naturally.  

2.What’s advantage of use degradable bag packaging?

It is a kind of green living.  And it is good for protection of environment.  In Europe,  the government request to use degradable packaging, otherwise there will be extra tax. I believe it would be use all round the world in the near future.

2.What’s the material of cardboard box?

The material for the cardboard box is wood fiber, It is hard enough for packaging and it can be broke down into the ground easily.
