Personalized products are more and more popular all around the world, and more and more enterprises are focus on building up their own brand. Does it difficult to get the personalized products for beauty accessories? Of course not, anyway, we need to invest little money on it. For makeup brushes kit or single cosmetic brushes, you just need to invest little money, you can get the personalized brush kit with the color, specification, materials you want, of course you can branding on it, and the cost you invested on the sample could be refund to you when you place order. Sometimes, beginning cost for personalized packaging might be more expensive, because it is more difficult to sampling for printing products. Customization process 1
Determine customer needs through meetings, emails or phone calls. According to customer needs and prices, we will provide solutions for makeup brush bristle materials and handle materials. Our designers will draw drawings according to customer needs, or customers will show us the makeup brush samples they need, or choose from our existing makeup brushes.
Customization process 2
According to the solution of first step, our team will prepare materials accordingly. It includes handle material, ferrule material, and all types of makeup brush hairs. And make combo for brush head shaping if needed.

Customization process 3
When everything ready, our sample team will start to make sample according to the drawing or original makeup brush samples. Makeup brushes production step as below:
-Weight hairs for each makeup brush
-Carding the hair
-Put hairs into the combo mould
-Take hairs out from the mould and put into the ferrule
-Press ferrule if needed, or goes to glue step for brushes no need press
-Take 1-2days dried the glue, and our stuffs will test the hair, if the hair don’t loose when pull it, then it is OK.
-Assemble the brush head with the handle
-Clean the extra glue and dirt on the makeup brushes
-Quality checking
-Doing packaging according to customer’s needs
