Customization process 1

Determin customer needs by meeting, email or telephone. According to the customer’s needs and bargin, we would offer the solution for makeup brush hair material, handle material. Our designer will make drawing according to customer needs, or customer shows us makeup brush sample they need, or choose from our available cosmetic brushes.

Customization process 2

According to the solution of first step, our team will prepare materials accordingly. It includes handle material, ferrule material, and all types of makeup brush hairs. And make combo for brush head shaping if needed.

Customization process 3

When everything ready, our sample team will start to make sample according to the drawing or original makeup brush samples. Makeup brushes production step as below: -Weight hairs for each makeup brush -Carding the hair -Put hairs into the combo mould -Take hairs out from the mould and put into the ferrule -Press ferrule if needed, or goes to glue step for brushes no need press -Take 1-2days dried the glue, and our stuffs will test the hair, if the hair don’t loose when pull it, then it is OK. -Assemble the brush head with the handle -Clean the extra glue and dirt on the makeup brushes -Quality checking -Doing packaging according to customer’s needs

Customization process 4

Our sales team will check the sample quality, specification, material etc. and then send to customer if sample correct.

Customization process 5

When customer confirmed the sample and order, we can process mass production after receive the deposit payment.

Customization process 6

During the production of makeup brushes, our QC will check quality, material, color etc. on production line regularly, and reflect problem to sales team in time. So we can solve the problem in time if any unexpected things happen.

Customization process 7

When production ready, our sales team will take pictures and send cargo information about the shipment to customer. So our customer would not worry about the goods and balance payment.

We will arrange the delivery for the goods.

If any problem about the products we selling when customer receive the goods, our after-sales team will follow up and solve the problem.
